PROCESSING

Orders usually take 5-7 business days to process, but process time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business.

Once your order has been processed, orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail by default. 

Please read: Due to recent politics and Covid-19, the United States Postal Service are experiencing longer than usual delays in deliveries. Emma Vera Jewelry makes every effort at delivering your product but, these are beyond our control. We really appreciate your small business support.

INSURED SHIPPING

We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping. Emma Vera is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and It is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged

LOCAL PICK UP

Are you a local and want to pick up your order at Emma Vera?! Just choose “local pickup” for the shipping option upon checkout. We will call you when your order is ready!

REDIRECTING ORDERS

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

LOST PACKAGE

If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package.
